Working in the UK
We will assist you in making the correct application and make sure you have gathered the right evidence for submission to the Home Office.
The following is an extract from the Immigration Rules relating to working in the UK:

(Minister of Religion) Migrant or Tier 2 (Sportsperson) Migrant must have a valid entry clearance for entry under the relevant one of these routes. If they do not have a valid entry clearance, entry will be refused.
245HB.
Requirements for entry clearance
To qualify for entry clearance as a Tier 2 (General) Migrant, Tier 2 (Minister of Religion) Migrant or Tier 2 (Sportsperson) Migrant, an applicant must meet the requirements listed below. If the applicant meets these requirements, entry clearance will be granted. if the applicant does not meet these requirements, the application will be refused…..”
The Points Based System is notoriously complicated and takes experience to navigate and understand the rules. A few examples are Tier 1 Exceptional Talent, Tier 1 General Migrants, Tier 1 Entrepreneur, Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) Migrants, Tier 2 General, Minister of Religion and Sportspersons, Tier 5 (Youth Mobility Scheme) Temporary Migrants and Tier 4 (General) Student. The list is quite long and the rules need to be interpreted correctly so as not to make any costly or timely mistakes.
