Applications fail for many reasons but none so frustrating as filling in the wrong form, omitting vital information or failing to include the correct supporting evidence. It can be devastating to receive a reply from the Home Office, after months of waiting, with the last paragraph stating: “I have therefore refused your application because I am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that you meet all the requirements of the relevant paragraph of the United Kingdom Immigration Rules”.
A consultation will assess your situation and guide you in the right direction before you make an application. It can save you time (sometimes months) and money (sometimes thousands of pounds). Our advice can be invaluable in assisting you make the correct decision. And it doesn’t stop there. If you follow through with an application, we can further support you to complete the entire process, collate and check all your evidence and present it in the correct format for submission to the Home Office. In other words; from application to decision. With dedication.
